End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Folderer governing your use of the Folderer application ("the Software").

1. License Grant

Folderer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your personal or business purposes in accordance with this EULA.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Software except as provided in this EULA.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
• Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Ownership

The Software is owned and copyrighted by Folderer. Your license confers no title or ownership in the Software.

4. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Folderer disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Folderer be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.

7. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Folderer operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this EULA, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
